Terms of Service
Effective June 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all services provided by SparrowHawk Aviation Services ("SparrowHawk", "we", "us", "our"). By requesting, scheduling, or accepting services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
SparrowHawk Aviation Services provides aviation detailing, polishing, ceramic coating, consulting, and related aviation services.
2. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing. Pricing may change if aircraft condition, scope, or access materially differs from what was represented at the time of quoting.
3. Retainers & Payment
- A 30% non-refundable retainer may be required to reserve scheduling and secure your service date.
- Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the aircraft and work areas, including any required hangar access, FBO coordination, ramp permissions, and escort arrangements.
5. Scheduling & Timelines
Service timelines are estimates only and may be affected by weather, airport restrictions, aircraft condition, access limitations, or other unforeseen circumstances. SparrowHawk will use commercially reasonable efforts to communicate schedule changes promptly.
6. Pre-existing Conditions
SparrowHawk Aviation Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage, corrosion, paint failure, oxidation, clear coat failure, decal lifting, or other defects discovered before, during, or after service. Certain conditions may become more visible after cleaning, polishing, or oxidation removal.
7. Warranty
Warranty terms for ceramic coatings and applicable protective products are provided separately in writing when applicable. Warranty coverage requires adherence to the aftercare and maintenance procedures provided by SparrowHawk.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
